What is your returns policy?

At Pia Rossini, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund—no questions asked.

To ensure a smooth returns process, we kindly ask that:

  • Items are returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items of intimate apparel are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We aim to process all returns within 5–7 working days of receipt. If you need any assistance, our customer service team is always happy to help.

Returns Process:

To allow us to refund you as quickly as possible, we’ve taken our returns process online! Simply follow the steps below to generate your return.  

    1. To start your return, head to our Returns Portal (you’ll need your Order number) 
    2. Select what items you’d like to return and let us know why if possible. This information will help us tailor the offers we send to you to going forward.
    3. Select your chosen return method.
    4. Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point! 
    5. You will be sent an email to confirm once your item has been received and processed.

    To initiate a return, please package your item securely in its original packaging and take it to your nearest Post Office. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must retain proof of postage.

    Refunds: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs.

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Clearance Sale items including any items in the Black Friday Clearance Sale.  Clearance Sale items returned to us will be sent back to the sender. However, we are happy to accept returns for any Sale items and Offer Items not displayed within the Exclusive Offers Category.

    Damages and Issues:

    Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the issue.

     Promotions and But 2 Get 1 Free Offers:

    If you purchase an item(s) that qualifies you to receive a free item and then subsequently want to return that item, the first item returned will be deemed as the free item and will not be refundable.

    Exchanges:

    We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item.

    European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

    For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same conditions apply regarding the condition of the item and proof of purchase.

    Refunds Processing Time:

    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@piarossini.com.

     

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
